The owner of the online store www.coocon.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is Neuland Arenduse OÜ (11009889), located at Narva mnt 5, Tallinn 10117, phone 660 7883, with the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Terms and Conditions apply to all persons (hereinafter: Buyer) and legal relations arising from the purchase of goods through the online store www.coocon.ee. , the legal relationship between the customer and the seller was valid at the time of placing the order.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the Online Store are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information
The sales conditions are valid when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price.
The prices of the online store are given in euros and include 20% VAT valid in Estonia. The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery.
The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when ordering. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.Placing an order
To order a product, select: Product category (eg Dresses) and click on the selected picture, then all products under this category will open.
Select the desired dress and click on the picture, the details of this product will open.
Next, select the button: Color (this button is for monochrome products) and select the desired color from this section. If this button is not available, immediately go to the Size button and select the desired size and add the desired product to the shopping cart.
If there is a valid promotional campaign in the Online Store, the promotional coupon of the respective campaign must be added to the shopping cart (eg Spring20) before the payment can be made.
The amount of the fee, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution, is then displayed on the screen.

Payment is made outside the Via Coocon e-store environment via Maksekeskus AS. Via Cooconi's e-shop does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details.
After paying for the product, please press the "Back to Merchant" button in the bank. .
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
The goods will be sent to the Member States of the European Union.
Delivery in Estonia: Your products will be delivered to SmartPOST PRICE 2.59€ and Omniva parcel machines PRICE 2.95€

Delivery to European Union member states: We deliver goods by registered mail to all other European countries. We send parcels from Estonia with Omniva, who delivers the parcels to the post office of the destination country. For price information of the shipment, contact email@example.com
After the sales contract enters into force (payment of the Buyer's invoice), Coocon.ee will complete the order and hand it over to our logistics partners Omniva or Itella SmartPost for delivery.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 7-14 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
All delivery times are indicative and may depend on circumstances not specified in the Via Cooconi e-Store. We are not responsible for delays due to delivery channel processes or other circumstances dependent on third parties.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
Returnable product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when it reached the buyer.
The product must be unused, ie the product has not been worn, washed, ironed or caused any other damage that the Product did not have when it reached the buyer.
Products returned with traces of use will not be accepted by the Online Store and will be returned to the buyer. In order to return the goods, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted, the form of which can be found here: withdrawal application and send this e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days (no later than 14 days) of receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.
The Customer can return the Order to the Via Coocon store belonging to the Seller in the Foorum Center.
To return the product to the store, a completed withdrawal form must be attached.
The customer service representatives of the stores forward the Return to the online store , where the process of exchanging or returning the Product (s) is performed. The return will reach the E-store within 5 working days.
The E-shop will send a confirmation to the Customer's e-mail about the receipt of the return.
If you have returned the product to the store and want to choose a replacement product from the store or change the size, this is possible immediately, but in this case it no longer applies to the replacement or replaced product The Online store return conditions.
The purchase amount will not be refunded in the store.
Return to the store is free.
The delivery fee is not refundable.
The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.Right to file a claim
The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
During the first six months from the delivery of the product to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut the respective presumption.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
The web store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (incl. Name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
The online store transmits the necessary personal data to the companies providing the transport service in order to deliver the goods.
The online store forwards the necessary personal data to Maksekeskus AS, the processor authorized to make payments.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address to www.viacoocon.ee to receive notifications.
The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.Liability and force majeure
The parties shall be released from all or part of their obligations under the contract if it is prevented by force majeure, the parties being obliged to take all measures to prevent damage to the other party and to ensure the performance of the contract as much as possible.
The existence of force majeure must be proved by the party who wishes to invoke the said circumstances as a basis for releasing the legal and / or contractual liability for non-performance or improper performance of the obligations assumed under the contract.
Force majeure within the meaning of the agreement is not a change in the economic situation of a party, bad weather, a rise in prices, a holiday, bankruptcy, nor a warning of bankruptcy or securing an action.
Any liability of the Online Store is limited to the cost of the Product.
Settlement of Disputes
If the Buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org
If the Buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here.
The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint in the commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
